Collections Polyline pad addition options.

Each pad is associated with a point of the polyline.

• isMovable boolean — true allows moving the pad and the associated polyline point (false)
• boundary figure | OBJ_RangeBounds | RangeBounds | OBJ_RectBounds | RectBounds — boundary the pad can move within
